Applicants must meet the following Basic Requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual:
Applicants must possess a behavioral or social science degree, or a degree in a related discipline appropriate to the position being filled; OR a combination of education and experience that provided knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field; OR four years of appropriate experience that demonstrates knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Applying the concepts, principles and theories of social services delivery systems in work/life programs; interviewing clients to facilitate realistic career, transition, relocation, and other life and work choices; and delivering human services intended to enhance the stability and self-sufficiency of individuals and families. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
