Sing, Manage, & Entertain Clients as you and your team turn the fudge on a marble table, singing songs and entertaining the crowds while the warm fudge is setting up. Share samples with the clients who have joined the party in the store because they smelled the fudge and heard the fun and laughter! Fudge sales spike!!
Compensation for Manager
$14.00/hr for the first 40 hours then $21.00 for overtime hours each week. Average 45 hours per week. In addition there are Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales bonuses. Real bonuses based on sales each day with the potential to earn up to $2.00 more per hour for the hours you worked on the day the goals were met!
401K after first year of employment. Company contributes $125/monthly to the individual/family medical coverage.We offer dental, vision, life insurance at your expense

3-5 years Food/beverage/restaurant exp. very helpful
Maximize Sales; Minimize Cost
95% of Day will be spent making fudge and selling fudge, ice cream and caramel apples.
Able to work up to 45 hours a week. Weekends and holidays are our busiest time.
Must be able to pass standard background and credit check
