Compensation Starting salary is $67,724 - $87,147 Eligible for Monthly Performance Bonus! What You'll Be Doing:
Meeting Sales Goals.
Be passionate about driving sales and takes pride in reaching goals as a team Develop Team Members.
Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwear's brand image and operational standards.
Inventory Management.
Ensure completion of all inventory management related activities and leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
Customer Service.
Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with to customers understand their preferences.
Provide personalized assistance throughout the customer's shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
Store Presentation.
