Candidate will operate mainly HAAS CNC vertical mills and use existing programming to produce parts and tools to dimensional requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess several years of CNC operating experience, some exposure to CNC programming, and attributes of a self-starter as this individual will at times work under indirect supervision.
Also openings for Assembly Mechanics, CNC programmers and Sheet Metal Workers.

Candidate will perform the following tasks:
Operate a 3 and 5-axis vertical CNC mills Run CNC programs to produce tools & parts to dimensional/tolerance requirements Participate in brainstorming / problem solving with Engineering & Production personnel to solve related problems Perform preventative maintenance to equipment Recommend new technologies for continuous improvement Follow Standard Industrial practices for working with aluminum, steel & other materials.
Other responsibilities as assigned Skills Previous CNC programming experience preferred Understanding of material properties & characteristics Working knowledge of various measuring gauges:
micrometers, pin gauges, dial indicator, screw pitch gauge, and height gauge Ability to interact effectively with customers, peers, management, manufacturing personnel, and both technical and non-technical people.
