Are you a positive and upbeat person with good interpersonal skills? Can you provide friendly customer service? Are you self-motivated, teachable, and have the ability to pick up new skills quickly? We are looking for a quality service writer with a positive attitude and to work at a busy, high level automotive shop.

We are a training company with State of the Art equipment for use by our Techs and top notch service training.
Computer knowledge, proficiency in using point of sale systems, and customer service skills are a must.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Checking in/out customers Communicate with customers Answer phones Build estimates Order parts Dispatch techs The person for this position needs to be proficient, organized, detail oriented, able to work in a fast pace environment, willing to be trained, have a positive attitude with good listening skills and can be a team player.
We are a family oriented, fun atmosphere shop.
We work Monday-Friday with weekends off to spend time with family.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
