We are a family owned and operated business looking for a team player who understands the all-hands-on-deck approach needed to work for a small business.
In addition to bookkeeping knowledge and experience, the right individual must be willing to take on additional duties, as necessary.
These primarily include inventory management, part pick up and delivery, management of office supplies, and occasionally answering phones.
Candidates that will be considered must be proficient in the following areas:
Bank and General Ledger Reconciliations Invoicing/Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Payroll, Payroll Service Providers, & Benefits Administration Financial Statement Preparation & Reporting State Tax Filing and Reporting Monthly Close Process Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Learning a new POS system.
Experience with MaxxTraxx is a plus.
