Summary:
Provides Case Management and Job Counseling services to clients who are referred by DSHS Work First Case Manager.
Assess client education, employability and personal circumstances to develop client employability plans.
Act as client advocate to outside agencies and business contacts.
Maintain a confidential client files in accordance with Tribal Policies.
Perform intake assessment of clients need; develop an individual responsibility plan detailing the client's goals and responsibilities.
Develop methods and timelines to assist clients to maintain participation.
Implement employability skills training and community outreach.
COMPENSATION:
$25.
31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE Two (2) years' related experience working in an office environment Two (2) years' experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Programs Two (2) years' experience customer service One (1) year experience working with children and/or families One (1) year experience performing data entry SKILLS TESTING Correspondence REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a regular full-time position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
