JOB
Summary:
The Office Assistant is responsible for general office administration tasks such as printing, data entry, customer interaction and organizing.
You will also be responsible to scheduling work flows, deliveries and pickups, order materials, working with suppliers and customers, and shipping/receiving activities with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
-- Proficient in resource allocation and scheduling.
-- Familiar with Job-Boss, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
-- Able to provide excellent customer service.
-- Familiar with shipping and receiving requirements.
-- Familiar with general office duties.
