Summary:
The Real Estate Coordinator will provide key support within the Asset & Real Estate Department.
Position will be involved in real estate development, acquisitions, property tax implementation and management related to both on and off Reservation property transfers.
Position will provide public services by Administering Tribal titles and regulations governing Real Estate Excise Tax and Land Occupation Use Tax processes.
COMPENSATION:
$30.
23 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Associate Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, Customer Service, Accounting or related field.
Relevant Experience may substitute for degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE Four (4) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
Four (4) years' experience working in customer service Experience working in property management or real estate sales or title and escrow.
Preferred Experience working with accounting software.
Preferred SKILLS TESTING Typing 35 WPM Correspondence Excel REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES WA State Driver's License.
Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation (Abstract Required) Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a regular Full-Time position.
