- Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing - Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required - Proficient in using office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with ER systems is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
