Summary:
Responsible for facilitating the hiring process for assigned positions and to ensure the hiring process is fair and consistent in accordance with current Policies and Procedures and any applicable laws.
COMPENSATION:
$25.
31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE Two (2) years' experience specifically performing hiring functions.
Two (2) years of administrative office environment working with confidential records.
SKILLS TESTING Typing 35 WPM Correspondence REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES WA State Driver's License & Personal Automobile Insurance.
Must obtain and maintain a THRP Certification as a condition of continued employment.
HIPAA certification upon hire.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This is a regular Full-Time position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
