We are hiring a Chiropractic Assistant for our busy, friendly chiropractic office! You will be trained on all administrative functions within the office and will start with a focus on front desk.
Ideally, we desire 2
years' experience in a health care office setting.
However, we can train on the tasks as long as you:

You must be dependable, detail oriented, administratively minded, and quick on the computer.

You must also pass a background check as well as illegal drug screen (including marijuana).
Job duties include:
Greeting patients with a smile Answering the phone Scheduling patients Collecting payments from patients General office organization, including scanning and copying.
Sanitizing equipment and chiropractic tables Verifying insurance information with insurance carriers Compiling and submitting medical records requests Backup for Exam Tech:
Scheduling, tracking, and performing chiropractic examinations This position is approximately 35 hours per week.
All candidates must have flexibility to fill in for additional shifts for vacation and/or sick coverage.
We are not looking for short term employees and do ask for at least a two
year commitment.
Approximate hours are:
Monday, Thursday:

15 one time per month on a rotation) Friday:

30 pm May be able to flex start time to 9:
15 am if this is helpful for school drop off.
This is a professional position and your shift end time may extend a bit past this in order to ensure your team members are set to close the day and you are ready for a productive start to your day tomorrow! You can also use Tuesday morning and/or Friday to catch-up on administrative tasks if needed.
The target start date is early August.
