Job Description:
You will be working closely with the management team to help unify the training and company's consistency in serving our legendary customers! You will be quipped on how to train baristas at existing and new locations.
Your main job will be an on-call barista, to in need locations when you are not working at your locations.
Your normal day to day would be working at your own stand as a regular barista.
When management need help at other locations for training or emergencies you will be the first, we call.
You will be joining a team of 8-10 people in this same position.
You will be working together on a training team to equip staff and help keep the service and quality legendary! Main Objectives:
You will be equipped to train staff on an on-call basis.
You would be on call for this position for all BigFoot Java Locations and new stand openings.
When you are not on call, you will stay employed at your normal location on a part/full time basis, however you will make $16.
74/hour.
Minor Objectives:
You will get first right of refusal to work last minute/empty shifts at stores You would work with the training team to create better training methods Main Expectations:
When called to cover shifts/training you must be available at least one out of three times called; If called to cover after three time and you are not able to make accommodations to get to work, this could result in a change or transition of this position, as it is expected to be on call Must be willing to have a flexible schedule Must be excited about teaching and hands on training Must have worked for your Big Foot Java location for minimum 6 months Must be well educated with the BigFoot Java process on drinks, rules, and environment expectations You will be working closely with the management team to help unify the training and company's consistency in serving our legendary customers!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
