You will need to be ready to learn and grow with our group while providing our customers and technicians support and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch for fire and life safety repairs - fire alarm technicians & sprinkler fitters Support dispatched technicians to complete repairs Present a professional image for Smith Fire Systems at all times Create work orders and follow up with repairs/service work Route calls/emails to proper department(s) Order materials Answer phone calls from customers Use our operating data base to research client information Follow Smith Fire Systems' training and written procedures Answer emails timely to support customer requests Display a positive and professional attitude Be available and present at work during our advertised business hours of 7am-4pm Report to a supervisor with daily updates Take direction daily Candidate must have:
Strong telephone skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to learn/follow directions Typing skills/basic computer skills Calm approach to a fast paced environment Employment Requirements:
Valid driver's license Pass a DMV background check Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen Job Type:
