Our platform provides car dealers with the ability to buy and sell fresh trades or aged inventory in a live, online auction right from their own dealership.
We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team.
Our Vehicle Inspector/Sales Reps are directly responsible for building dealer consignment, increasing buyer attendance and hitting defined sales targets.
They use a relationship-based approach to assist customers through their auction needs, demonstrating how MAG Now's services can reduce their costs and enhance their business.
Our Reps also conduct vehicle inspections and complete vehicle condition reports at our customer's dealerships; correctly identify any damage to the interior and exterior of the vehicles as well as noting any missing components and/or mechanical issues present.
This process also includes taking multiple photos of each vehicle to capture damage and help provide a clear assessment of the overall condition of the car.
This is a field-based position, Reps spend most of their time making local customer site visits.
Overnight travel within their assigned geographic territory is required up to 15% of the time.
We reimburse employees for business mileage incurred on their person vehicles at the current IRS standard rate.
Successful candidates will be process minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
They will have 3
years of progressive customer-focused, relationship-based sales experience in addition to strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is a must.
A high school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and clean driving record and your own vehicle are required as well.
Previous auto auction experience or industry knowledge is preferred.
