Responsible for assisting customers with part sales and appliance u-hauls as well as cataloguing parts inventory and some warehouse work.
Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Wages/Schedule $16 - $18 per hour.
(Starting wage is $16) Full Time - 40hrs per week.
Pay increase based upon performance and rate of proficiency.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive, Independent thinker that is results driven.
Punctual and dependable.
Have ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Multi-Task and perform well under deadlines.
Have a professional and courteous attitude.
Capable of using multi-line phones.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly, more than 75lbs occasionally.
Capable of using standard Windows based computers/programs.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to effectively handle customer problems and conflicts.
Be able to read, write and speak English.
Be able to type efficiently and accurately.
