We are looking for a service consultant that can assist our guests and help them deliver on this promise.
This candidate will work with our existing team of service advisors to help continue increasing our sales volume, gross profit, all while maintaining an elite level of customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on position that will be working directly with our customers to ensure they receive a second to none, customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate is someone with experience as a service consultant in a high functioning automotive service department.
Ability to communicate with customers openly about their vehicle needs and sell recommended service as needed.
Preferred experience with third party warranty and insurance companies.
Must be able to cultivate a customer friendly environment.
Other responsibilities will include service scheduling, customer satisfaction, building retention, and ability to contribute in a team setting.
PREFERRED SKILLS CDK, Pro Demand, Dealer Daily, Total Customer Connect, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
NECESSARY SKILLS Must have excellent verbal and written skills.
Must have a customer-first mindset, and be able to find solutions that address customer concerns while maintaining our business principles and following policies.
