Responsibilities:
1.
Close the sale - have strong SALES SKILLS 2.
Practice excellent customer service 3.
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
4.
Manage administrative paperwork 5.
Ability to use and sell in-house financing.
6.
Follow proper phone handling to bring customers into shop 7.
Build estimates and present every recommendation to every customer, while maintaining positive interactions with customers.
8.
Ability to recognize/manage when and where to save on costs.
Manage payroll, manage parts suppliers, and maintain shop equipment.
In other words, run the shop like it is your very own! 9.
Ability to manage a successful, currently operating shop - complete with crew, fleet and high volume of walk-in customers.
